Rare Chronic Illness Support Group

A support group for adults living with rare health challenges, 2nd Friday of each month, 1:30pm-2:30pm, currently meets online. This is a drop in/open group for individuals living with rare chronic illnesses in Washington State.

Life After Dementia Support Group 

This six-week group is for caregivers who have recently experienced the death of their partner or spouse from Alzheimer’s or other related dementias. This group is intended for caregivers to be able to connect with each other about their grief experiences, normalize the impact of grieving for someone who had dementia, and find ways to not “get over” their grief, but to integrate it into their lives - to live with grief and to continue with compassion, community and resiliency.

Living with Chronic Illness Support Group

I facilitate a free, monthly support group called 'Living with Chronic Illness' through the Center for Chronic Illness that meets on the 4th Wednesday of every month from 6:30-7:30pm. This is a drop in/open group for individuals in Washington State living with various chronic illnesses and currently meets online.
